Recalls

The customer has the right to refuse the receipt of the goods requested for purchase by him according to Art. 125 and Art. 126 of  the PPE  when it is delivered to him under one of the following conditions:

1.1. The delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the ones requested for purchase by the Customer, and this can be established by a simple examination of them;

1.2. The price that the Customer should pay for the goods does not correspond to the price due. The final price for delivery is determined at the office of the courier company;

1.3. In the event of a discrepancy between the requested purchase and the delivered goods, which could not be established at the time of delivery. 

The customer has the right to request an exchange of a size or item appearing in his original order. In this case, it is necessary to declare his desire, in writing (by email) or orally (by phone), within a period of no longer than 14 working days at the address of the city of Vidin Western industrial zone company Bicycle OOD

The customer has the right, without owing compensation or a penalty and without stating a reason, to return the received items to the address of the city of Vidin, Western Industrial Zone, 1 Reduta St., company Bicycle OOD.

Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

• The request for the return of the goods is submitted in writing to the e-mail address indicated by Bicycle Ltd. for correspondence, within a period not longer than 22 working days, counted from the date of receipt of the order. The request must contain: the three names of the customer/account holder, contact telephone number, personal bank account of the customer, to which the amount paid by the customer for the goods will be refunded

• The goods are in good commercial condition, original packaging, with original labels, accompanied by the original documents issued by Bicycle OOD - invoice, receipt, warranty card (if one was issued);

• If Bicycle OOD accepts that your complaint is justified, it must repair the product or replace it with a new one within one month. 

• The customer agrees with a representative of Bicycle OOD the address to which Bicycle OOD wishes to receive the goods back.

• The customer pays all the costs related to the transportation of the goods to the address specified by the representative of Bicycle OOD. Bicycle Ltd. reserves the right not to refund the amount paid by the customer, in case of violation of one or more conditions for returning goods.

• The customer has the right to return the goods if they have not been used.

The warranty period for goods is 2 years, but not later than 2 months from the discovery of the non-conformity.
If the defect or non-conformity of the goods appears up to 6 months after its delivery, it is assumed that it existed at the time of its delivery. In this period, the burden of proving the conformity of the goods with the agreed is on the merchant.
If it is proven that the non-conformity is due to the nature of the goods, then you cannot take advantage of your right to a statutory guarantee.
