TubelessREADY (TR) - Tubeless: our patented housing construction is strong and impervious to foreign object damage. The result: flexibility, lower weight and a super attractive design. With this design, the tires can be used both tubeless and tubeless.

Composition BlackChili: Nano technology used to produce carbon particles that are used to reinforce the rubber compound. We refine specialty synthetic rubbers with natural rubber to create high-performance tread compounds. Designed for each tire's needs, in this case better wet grip!

Vectran™: The benchmark in puncture protection Vectran™ is a synthetically produced high-tech fiber from a natural model. Like a spider web, Vectran™ is a liquid crystal polymer (LCP). Vectran™ spun from the molten liquid polymer Vectra and is further processed to a multithreaded thread. Spider silk such as Vectran™ has tremendous tear resistance at very low weight: Just the right properties for processing into a premium Continental bicycle tire as a puncture protection insert. Vectran™ Breaker is lighter, more flexible and protects against cuts more effectively than a comparable nylon breaker. Vectran™ Breaker does not adversely affect rolling resistance.
