GEAR HANGER GH-006 with scew set M8x0.75

The rear derailleur lug is a small and unnoticeable but very important component. This component protects the frame from damage. The shock from the rear derailleur is absorbed by the lug and not transmitted to the frame. Instead of breaking or bending  the frame bends the ear, the damaged ear is quickly replaced with a new one.
